Definition
銛は、特にクジラなどの大型の海の動物を狩るために使う長い槍状の武器です。投げたり、発射したりして、鋭い先端で獲物に刺さります。

おもに捕鯨や漁業、歴史の文脈で使います。一般的な釣り針や槍には使いません。例：『銛を投げる』『捕鯨銛』などの表現あり。
