Dar algo a outra pessoa, especialmente entregando diretamente pelas mãos. Também se usa para transferir responsabilidade ou controlo.

Comum em desportos para passar a bola ('hand off' no futebol americano) e em negócios para transferir tarefas. Mais informal do que 'transfer'; usado para objetos ou responsabilidades. Não confundir com 'hand over', que é mais formal.
