値段や条件について交渉したり、もっと安くするためにやり取りすること。主に市場などで使われます。

Usage Notes (Japanese)

カジュアルな場面や市場などでよく使われ、大型店舗ではほとんど使われません。'haggle over the price'（値段交渉する）、'haggle with the seller'（売り手と交渉する）という表現と一緒に使われます。
