誰かに対して突然とても怒って大声で厳しく言うこと。予想外に強く叱る場合によく使う表現。

カジュアルな表現で、感情的に強く言う時に使われる。身体的な攻撃ではなく、言葉で強く非難する場面のみ使用される。米国英語でよく使う。
