形容人突然變得非常生氣、激動或行為瘋狂不理智。是一個非常不正式且粗俗的說法。

非常不正式、帶粗俗色彩，只適合在熟人或輕鬆場合用。通常指情緒完全失控（如憤怒）。不宜於正式場合使用。
