Bir şeyi hiç umursamamak ya da önemsememek demektir. Genellikle olumsuz cümlelerde kullanılır.

Çok samimi ve biraz eski bir deyimdir; genellikle olumsuz cümlelerde ('umursamamak') kullanılır. 'give a damn' ve 'give a hoot' ile benzer kullanımdadır. Resmi ortamlarda kullanılmaz.
