起牀

Definition

睡覺後從牀上起來，或從坐著或躺著的位置站起來。

通常指早上從牀上起身，'get up at 7' 是指離開牀，而不是隻醒來。也可以指從坐著或躺著的位置站起來。非正式且很常用。注意不要與 wake up（醒來）混淆。

I get up at 6 a.m. every day.
