النهوض من السرير أو الوقوف في مكان أو وقت محدد. يُستخدم غالبًا مع أماكن أو أوقات مثل: 'get up in the morning', 'get up in bed'.

يستخدم عادة مع 'the morning' أو 'the middle of the night' أو مكان مثل 'get up in bed'. نادرًا مع أماكن أخرى. لا تخلط بينه وبين 'get up at' (وقت محدد). تعبير غير رسمي ويستخدم يوميًا.
