“get off with” には2つのカジュアルな意味があります：罰を免れる、または誰かと恋愛的または肉体的な関係を始める（多くはカジュアルな関係）。

とてもカジュアルで特にイギリス英語で使われます。罰を免れる場合は 'just' とよく使われます（'just get off with a warning'）。恋愛ではキスやカジュアルな関係を表します。フォーマルな場には不適切です。
