把某樣東西（如衣服或物品）拿掉，或擺脫你不想要的東西。在非正式情境下，也可能指把心事說出來（「把心事說出來」）。

通常是非正式用語，多用於脫衣物、移除污漬，或表示表達心聲（如“get it off your chest”）。正式場合用“remove”。
