把某样东西（如衣服或物品）拿掉，或摆脱你不想要的东西。在非正式场合，也可指表达内心困扰（“把心事说出来”）。

一般为非正式用语，多用于衣物、污渍、或心理负担（如“get it off your chest”）。正式场合用“remove”。
