Definition

문은 마당이나 정원, 장소 입구에 설치된 열고 닫을 수 있는 장벽을 말합니다. 공항 등에서는 탑승구(게이트)라는 뜻도 있습니다.

집이나 정원에서는 '문'이 '문(door)'보다 작고 담장 일부인 경우가 많습니다. 공항에서는 '탑승구' 또는 '게이트'라고 하며, 'open the gate', 'close the gate', 'at the gate' 표현을 자주 씁니다.
