"follow up" in Spanish
Definition
Verificar algo después de una acción inicial, o tomar medidas adicionales para asegurarse de que algo continúe o se complete. Se usa mucho para comprobar el progreso, respuestas o resultados.
Usage Notes (Spanish)
Muy usado en contextos formales, negocios, atención al cliente o medicina ("hacer un seguimiento con un cliente", "dar seguimiento a un caso"). Se puede usar como verbo o como sustantivo ('un seguimiento'). No confundir con sólo 'seguir' (follow). Se usa mucho: 'hacer un seguimiento de', 'hacer un seguimiento con'.
