蝶や小鳥のように、軽やかに素早く舞いながら移動すること。

Usage Notes (Japanese)

「ひらひら舞う」は詩的な表現で、主に蝶や葉のような軽いものが空中を優雅に動く時に使われます。「flutter（羽ばたく）」のほうが日常的です。人にはあまり使いません。
