এটি অত্যন্ত অবমাননাকর ও অশালীন, সাধারণত রাগ বা অপমান প্রকাশে ব্যবহৃত হয়। 'give the finger' বা 'flip off' বলেও ডাকা হয়। আনুষ্ঠানিক পরিবেশে ব্যবহার অনুচিত।
