Definition
'Fixed up' significa que algo foi arranjado, limpo ou melhorado. Também pode referir-se a apresentar duas pessoas, normalmente para um encontro.

Informal, comum para sítios, objetos ou pessoas ('fixed up o quarto', 'fixed me up com alguém'). Ao falar de juntar pessoas para um encontro, diz-se 'fix someone up with someone'. Não confundir com 'pick up' (apanhar ou conquistar alguém).
