自分がしたよくないことや秘密を素直に認めて言うこと。特にカジュアルな場面で使う表現。

とてもくだけた言い方で、相手に認めさせたい時などに使う。書き言葉やフォーマルな場では使わない。ユーモアを込めて言うこともある。
