離開自己的國家，長期或永久地移居到另一個國家。

Usage Notes (Chinese (Traditional))

只指離開自己的國家去其他國家，不是進入新國家（那是 'immigrating'）。常用於正式或中性語境，通常與 'from' 和 'to' 一起用。不要和 'immigrate' 或 'migrate' 混淆。
