Definition

一種在喝東西時（特別是酒）用的非正式說法，相當於「乾杯」或「敬酒」。也可以在一口喝下或喫下東西前說。

非常口語化，常用於朋友或家人聚會喝酒時，也可以在給孩子喝果汁或喫藥時開玩笑說，類似「乾杯」。通常會配合舉杯碰杯一起使用。

She handed me the shot and grinned, "Down the hatch!"
