Casi siempre va seguido de 'with' (o 'by'), indicando la causa. Expresa una reacción emocional fuerte, no solo molestia. Se usa mucho con acciones, comportamientos o situaciones de personas. Es formal o neutral. No confundir con 'disgusting' (el causante) o 'disgust' (el sustantivo).
