誰かが一時的に代理や補佐としての権限や職務を与えられること。
Usage Notes (Japanese)
主に法律や公的な状況で使われ、通常は一時的な権限や職務を意味します。カジュアルな場面ではあまり使いません。“as”とともによく使われます（例：deputized as...）。
