أن تقول ما تعتقد أنه خطأ في شخص أو شيء ما، عادةً لإظهار ما يجب تحسينه.

Usage Notes (Arabic)

يستخدم في السياقات الرسمية وغير الرسمية، وقد يُعتبر سلبياً إذا كان قاسياً. من الشائع قول: 'criticising someone for' أو 'criticising the government'. في الإنجليزية الأمريكية تُكتب 'criticizing'. يختلف عن 'giving feedback' الذي قد يكون محايداً أو إيجابياً.
