এরা সেই ব্যক্তিরা যারা খামার বা র্যাঞ্চে গরুর যত্ন নেয় ও দেখাশোনা করে। সাধারণত আমেরিকান পশ্চিমে দেখা যায়, 'কাউবয়' নামেও পরিচিত।
