Definition

禮賓部是指出現在酒店或公寓中，協助客人提供資訊、預訂與特殊服務的工作人員。有時也指負責大樓門口的管理員。

在酒店裡，「禮賓部」負責協助客人各種需求，如訂票、旅遊安排等。住宅大樓則常說「門房」。高級場合常借用英文「concierge」。
