指突然出现、发生或被提及，通常出人意料。也可以指靠近某人或某物。
Usage Notes (Chinese (Simplified))
口语中非常常用。多指问题、机会或话题突然出现（如“A problem came up”）。也可指某人走近你（'He came up to me'）。不用来指物理意义上的上升（那时用‘rise’或‘go up’）。
