形容某人胸部豐滿，或因咳嗽感冒而胸口有痰、不適。

"Chesty" 可形容身材（通常指女性），亦可指咳嗽感冒時胸口有痰、悶。是非正式口語，“chesty cough” 就是咳嗽有痰。正式場合形容人身材需慎用，以免產生冒犯。
