Avançar com energia ou determinação, sobretudo ao enfrentar um obstáculo. Costuma-se usar para incentivar persistência ou para falar de seguir em frente fisicamente.

Expressão semi-formal ou informal, frequente na oralidade e em discursos inspiradores. Usa-se como chamamento à ação ('Let's charge on!'). Aplica-se de forma literal (avançar mesmo) ou figurada (superar dificuldades). Não tem relação com 'carregar' eletrônicos.
