Definition

ある組織やグループを率いている状態や責任を持って指揮していることを指します。本来は船の舵を取る意味ですが、現在はリーダーシップを強調する比喩として使われます。

Usage Notes (Japanese)

主にビジネスや政治など、組織をまとめるリーダーの立場を表す比喩表現。日常的な物理的操作や小さなグループには使われません。「〜の舵を取る」という形で使われます。
