今のままのペースややり方が続くとどうなるかを話すときに使う表現です。

会話でよく使われ、続けていくとどうなるか予測したり、時に皮肉にも使われます。「at that rate」は「その調子だと」「そのままだと」などと訳します。

At that rate, you'll finish your homework in an hour.
