Definition

কারো কাছে প্রচুর অস্ত্র বা প্রতিরক্ষা ব্যবস্থা থাকা, সাধারণত কোনো সংঘর্ষ বা যুদ্ধে অংশ নেওয়ার জন্য প্রস্তুত অবস্থায়।

Usage Notes (Bengali)

এই অভিব্যক্তিটি বেশ রঙিন এবং অতি দ্রুত প্রস্তুতির বা বাড়তি নিরাপত্তার জন্য ব্যবহৃত হয়, শুধু অস্ত্রের জন্য নয়। 'armed to the teeth' প্রায়ই অতিশয় অর্থে ব্যবহৃত হয়। যেকোন প্রস্তুতির ক্ষেত্রেও ব্যবহার করা যায়।
