تُستخدم لتقديم حُكم أو رأي بعد أخذ جميع الجوانب المهمة في الاعتبار. تعني 'بعد التفكير في كل شيء'.

عبارة حيادية أو رسمية نوعًا ما، تُستخدم غالبًا في بداية أو نهاية الجملة. تشبه 'بشكل عام' لكنها توضح أن جميع الجوانب قد تم أخذها في الاعتبار.
