정직하지 않거나 수상해 보이거나 불법 또는 비도덕적인 일에 관여할 것 같은 사람.

비공식적이고 회화적인 표현이며 신뢰할 수 없거나 범죄/수상한 일에 관련된 인물을 말할 때 사용한다. 뭔가 의심스럽지만 직접 비난하지는 않음. 그냥 불친절한 사람에게는 쓰지 않음.
