責任や権利などが人に引き継がれる、または移ること。特に誰かができなくなった場合や公式な理由で起こる。

フォーマルで法律的な場面で使われます。日常の軽い仕事には使いません。責任や権利などが公式に引き継がれる場合によく用いられます。
