How to Pronounce “hee”

My little brother goes 'hee' when he tries to hide a joke.

“Hee! You caught me!” she giggled, covering her mouth.

Every time he plays a prank, it's always followed by a little 'hee.'

I sent her a goofy selfie and added 'hee' just for fun.
