特定の物事や考え、細かい点に全神経や注意を向けること。

Usage Notes (Japanese)

口語的な表現で、勉強や仕事、スポーツなどの日常場面でよく使われます。「try to」や「let’s」などと合わせて使われることが多いです。「zone out」（気が散る）とは逆の意味なので注意。
