감다두르다

Definition

어떤 물건을 감거나 두르면서 완전히 감싸는 것. 주로 스카프나 팔처럼 감거나 휘감는 상황에 사용됨.

실제 사물(스카프, 팔 등)이나 감정적으로도 사용할 수 있음. 'wrap around one's finger'는 조종하다란 뜻임. 평평하게 덮는 경우엔 쓰이지 않음.

She likes to wrap around a scarf when it's cold.

추울 때는 스카프를 **감는** 것을 좋아해요.

The snake started to wrap around the tree.
