Definition
কারো শরীরে কাটা বা ক্ষতি করা, বা মানসিকভাবে কষ্ট দেওয়া। শারীরিক বা মানসিক উভয় ক্ষতির জন্য ব্যবহৃত হয়।
Usage Notes (Bengali)
শারীরিক আঘাতের ক্ষেত্রে 'wounding by a weapon' অর্থ অস্ত্র দ্বারা আঘাত; মানসিকভাবে কারো কথাকে 'wounding words' বলা হয়।
