とても丁寧に席を外したり、話を中断したり、誰かの注意を引きたい時に使う表現です。

主にビジネスやフォーマルな場面で使います。「Excuse me」は少しカジュアル、「Sorry」はさらにカジュアルです。会話以外で使うことはほとんどありません。
