従業員が規則通りに厳格に仕事をすることで経営側に圧力をかける抗議方法。通常、作業が遅くなるが、正式なストライキではない。

'Work to rule' は労働争議で主に使われ、特にイギリスでよく見られる表現です。従業員は追加作業をせず、最低限だけ行います。フォーマルな文脈で使われます。
