놀람, 짜증, 또는 불만을 강하게 나타낼 때 쓰는 다소 오래된 비격식적 표현입니다.

조금 무례할 수 있으나 심하게 욕하는 것은 아님. 놀람, 짜증 표현에 말로써 사용. 요즘은 거의 쓰이지 않고 'who the heck', 'who the hell'이 보편적이다.
