पानी या किसी अन्य तरल के अंदर चलकर दूसरी तरफ जाना, आमतौर पर जब पानी गहरा न हो।

सिर्फ उथले पानी में, तैरने के लिए नहीं। प्रायः नदियों, धाराओं या जलभराव में प्रयोग होता है। इसका अर्थ है कि पैर ज़मीन पर होते हैं।
