Definition
공식적이지 않고, 불법적으로 남몰래 이루어지는 행위. 특히 뇌물이나 탈세 같은 금전 거래에 많이 사용됨.

비공식적 상황에서 많이 쓰이고, 주로 뇌물·불법 임금과 관련 있음. 실제 테이블 아래 의미로는 쓰지 않음.
