পায়ের সামনের অংশ, বিশেষভাবে তখন যখন আপনি শুধু আঙুলের ডগা দিয়ে দাঁড়ান বা হাঁটেন এবং গোড়ালি মাটিতে লাগান না।

Usage Notes (Bengali)

সাধারণত 'on your tiptoes' বাক্যাংশে ব্যবহৃত হয় শান্তভাবে হাঁটা বা উঁচু কিছু ধরার পরিস্থিতিতে। 'stand on tiptoes', 'walk on tiptoes' এসবের সাথে ব্যবহৃত। মাঝে মাঝে উত্তেজনা বোঝাতেও বলি 'on tiptoes with excitement'। এটি ক্রিয়া হিসেবে ব্যবহৃত হয় না।
