お店でお金を保管し、会計を行うためのレジや引き出しです。通常、レジカウンターの機械を指します。

Usage Notes (Japanese)

たいてい「レジ」と呼び、店員の仕事（例：「レジ担当」）を指すこともあります。「土を耕す」とは無関係です。
