যখন কেউ কোনো কিছু অর্জন বা কারও পাশে থাকার জন্য অনেক কঠিন ও বিপজ্জনক পরিস্থিতির মধ্য দিয়ে যায়।

Usage Notes (Bengali)

মূলত কথা-বার্তায় ব্যবহৃত হয়, খুব অনানুষ্ঠানিক। 'come what may' বা 'no matter what'-এর মত দৃঢ় সংকল্প ও আনুগত্য বোঝাতে ব্যবহৃত হয়। লিখিত রচনায় কিছুটা কম দেখা যায়।
