"there you are" in Spanish

Expresión que se usa al entregarle algo a alguien, o cuando encuentras a alguien o algo que estabas buscando.
Usage Notes (Spanish)
Muy común en conversaciones cotidianas. Se usa tanto al dar algo ('Aquí tienes') como al encontrar a alguien ('¡Ahí estás!'). 'Here you are' es casi igual cuando se entrega algo. El tono es amigable e informal.
