Definition

誰かを冗談やいたずら心でからかうこと。時には優しく、時には意地悪な場合もあります。

Usage Notes (Japanese)

日常的に使われ、冗談っぽくも意地悪っぽくもなります。'about'（〜について）と一緒に使うことが多いです。'bully'ほど強い言葉ではありませんが、繰り返すと嫌がられることがあります。
