Definition

主に子供が欲しいものを得られない時に突然大声で怒ったり泣きわめいたりすること。大人にも冗談ぽく使うことがある。

Usage Notes (Japanese)

幼児について使うのが一般的。大人に使うと冗談っぽいニュアンスになる。'かんしゃくを起こす'などの形で使う。
