Definition

小さな枠の周りに金属のジングルが付いた打楽器。手で振ったり叩いたりしてリズムを奏でる楽器です。

Usage Notes (Japanese)

世界中で民俗音楽などに使われます。ドラムやマラカスとは異なり、枠にジングル（ジリジリ鳴る金属）が付いています。『タンバリンを叩く／鳴らす（play the tambourine）』と言います。
