'Succeed in' के बाद हमेशा संज्ञा या Gerund (-ing वर्ब) आता है, सीधे वर्ब नहीं। यह औपचारिक है; रोज़मर्रा में 'manage to' अधिक है। 'succeed to' का अर्थ अलग है, उसका प्रयोग न करें।
